Sarah Hooper is the Founder of THRIVE, which was formed from a desire to improve organisation impact and success by supporting their leaders

Sarah has worked for over 20 years with organisation owners supporting them with operations, finance and people management to seek ethical, sustainable people solutions and success.

As a past HR Generalist and Business Adviser, Sarah has experienced transformation and people issues through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Sarah is a huge believer of the positive impact of solid strategy, based on vision and mission, paired with a progressive people culture.

Living on the Welsh border, Sarah stays closely connected to people from her home county of Shropshire and is enjoying exploring Wales, learning Welsh and discovering people to support in Wales too.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her beagles Gwen & Len, in the countryside, a drink in the local and finding great places to eat.
