Sarah has worked for over 20 years as a HR Generalist supporting companies in the private and third sector.

Sarah is a huge believer of the positive impact of solid strategy, based on vision and mission, paired with a progressive people culture, to create future success.

Living on the Welsh border, Sarah stays closely connected to people from her home county of Shropshire and is enjoying exploring Wales, learning Welsh and discovering people to support in Wales too.

Sarah is closely connected to her community via a current Community Asset Transfer project and the local Community Shop.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her beagles Gwen & Len in the countryside, a drink in the local and finding great places to eat.
