With PROTECT, how many hours of advice will I have access to every month?

You will have access to up to 3 hours of advice every month. If you find that you need more than this on a regular basis you can switch to either the Strengthen or Partnership service, or be charged separately for additional hours.

What areas of employment are included?

THRIVE can provide advice for the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment to dismissal. You will benefit from guidance that aims to protect your organisation, with current employment law and best practise, to reach a best outcome. So, whether you need to resolve conflict, handle a long term absence, grievance or disciplinary, THRIVE can guide you.

What types of employment advice do you include?

THRIVE can help you with legislation that applies to all areas of employment - including contracts, policies, recruitment, all types of absence, performance management, pay, grievance, disciplinary, dismissal and redundancy.

How do I determine which service is best for me?

If you need access to a few hours of employment advice and best practise a month then PROTECT is for you. 

You may decide that you want to focus on a specific objective, structural gap or work through a transformation and need more intense people strategy and implementation to achieve these, then STRENGTHEN is for you. 

If you are going through a period of rapid change, facing a variety of organisational and people challenges, and need access to continuous guidance, support and action, consider PARTNERSHIP.

What is the charge for a 1:1 Discovery Meeting?
